  1. Allow agent to read/update custom fields.

    It would be useful if the agent could be given permission to access some custom fields and tags so that it may better communicate to the prospect the additional information such as the stage they are in. Also, could be used to gather information from prospects in a more structure manner than the prospect notes.

  2. N8N/Zapier Integration

    Building a N8N/Zapier integration would allow users to leverage AppSetter across thousands of apps and build something that while not natively supported with AppSetter, can be built by plugging it into these other applications (support for other Calendars, CRMs etc.

  3. Create a Business Name Field in the New User Creation Screen

    Along with First and Last name, I think a business name would be beneficial so that we can view users by Business Name rather than email or First/Last name would be beneficial for agencies with multiple clients.

  4. intelligent, content aware splitting of out going messages into order to be more human like

    When appsetter generates a long response, split the message into multiple messages, but using GPT to determine the natural places to make the split.

  5. Appsetter to cancel appointments.

    Client had booked, but then realised after getting the location they want to cancel, it says it's all cancelled but hasn't been actioned in GHL

    Is there an easy way to repurpose AppSetter for customer support? I know its for sales, but considering how easy it is to add knowledge banks it would be awesome to use for customer support.

    Would be super useful to have stats on number of leads contacted, booked, not booked, paused etc in the app.

  9. Can the knowledge banks support CSVs?

    A client of ours has a csv/spreadsheet with hundreds of summarized rows, can the agent/knowledge bank read this and pull out info? No crazy calculations, just find the row, exract the info and use it in the conversation?

  10. View AppSetter Requests

    Would be handy to see all the incoming requests so we can pinpoint what's causing errors on our end and to see what the AI is saying.

  11. Update contact info

    If we're running ads on Messenger/Instagram or to live chat there isn't a way for the AI to gather/update contact info. So when the call is booked, all we have is a name and a zoom link, no email/phone number to follow up. Could the agent gather this info before booking?

  12. AppSetter Agents

    It's kinda confusing to have to piece together sales processes, products etc inside the webhook (also really prone to errors). An 'agent' model would mean we could have multiple 'agents' inside one account, each one with its own products, sales process, calendar etc helping simplify the setup.

    The agency accounts are great but we still need to login to the client's account manually to update their AppSetter integration, would be nice to 'switch' into their account and manage everything from there.

    Since a few agencies are using AppSetter it would be nice to be able to manage their client's assets inside their own account.

  15. Splitting messages across SMS/WhatsApp/Messenger etc

    A lot of these platforms (twilio etc) have character limits. For GPT-4 its not a problem, but GPT-3.5 can sometimes write super long messages that don't end up being sent. So having the AI split these up when its replying on these channels will make sure they get delivered.
